Re: No SNPP VIIRS L2 files in our subscriptions for past 2+ weeks?

Matt,

Yes, the format and params should be the same. The products should be the R2022 version.

Re: No SNPP VIIRS L2 files in our subscriptions for past 2+ weeks?

Hi Matt. I believe the problem is fixed. Try polling for data staged for those subscriptions today. You should find data back to Nov 1. If that looks okay, we can run the data back to when the flow stopped. The issue was caused by the renaming of the VIIRS L1A files just prior to the reprocessing. S...

Re: ERROR @ OB.DAAC

Amy,

Okay. If you do get into a bind trying to download data for a segment before it expires, you can use the Order Dashboard to extend the expiration date of an order or a segment.

Re: ERROR @ OB.DAAC

Hi Amy. So where are you with the rest of the downloads? Are you able to keep up with the batches within the three-day period? If you miss any of the TAR files, we can reset the order to restage them.

Re: ERROR @ OB.DAAC

Hi Amy. This order has been staged in multiple segments over the last several weeks, with about 5500 files in each segment. The TAR file that you are trying to download, requested_files_42.tar, would have been staged as part of the first segment and has since been removed to make room for other file...

Re: Duplicate Terra granules between 2003 and 2017

Hi Julien. Thank you for posting your screenshots. We have been able to replicate the problem and are investigating. It appears to be an issue with the query that is used for the page that results from the Find Swaths operation. The granules that appear as duplicates have the characteristic of havin...

Re: Duplicate Terra granules between 2003 and 2017

Hi Julien,

We are unable to reproduce the duplicate results. I've attached a screenshot from our browser where we have navigated to the same date. Can you post a screenshot that shows the duplicate results?

Question: OLCI Data

Re: OLCI Data

Hi Amita. The reason you got a list of URLs the first time is that you did not choose to receive extracted data or when you ordered the OLCI data, we had not yet implemented the extraction process for the OLCI data. That was implemented a couple of weeks ago. The reason for getting more files now co...

Re: subscription

Yes, the L2 products made for extracted subscriptions have a different set of products to be able to support all of the different mapped products we offer. To get the standard L2 product, you would currently need to create non-extracted subscriptions, one for the OC and one for the SST, download tho...
