GNSS observations are collected by various ground-based stations, and not by specific satellites. More information about GNSS data can be found at: https://cddis.nasa.gov/Data_and_Derived_Products/GNSS/GNSS_data_and_product_archive.html

The CDDIS does not have the data you are looking for. Perhaps data from ICESat-2 would be useful. Here is their website: https://icesat-2.gsfc.nasa.gov/.
