Hi -
I am having issues accessing the opendap service again. Even when I try to navigate to the OPeNDAP data access link through the website https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/
Thanks again

Re: Cannot access ECCOv4 data from PODAAC via OPeNDAP
Thank you Ed, Yes - as of last Friday it works again. I will look into the subsetter you suggested. I usually use pydap directly since it can deserialize the dap4 binary dap response, which is streamable, into a local netcdf file. Similar to these tutorials: https://www.opendap.org/access-along-trac...

Re: [Q] TEMPO_RADT_L1 OPeNDAP Service?
Hi - I have no trouble accessing the data from the OPeNDAP service directly. It is not clear what the issue is. But I wrote a python tutorial that: - Finds ~300 cloud opendap granules from a TEMPO L2 (near real time) collection. - Subsets spatially - Subsets by variable name - Streams subset data in...

Oscar near-real-time data missing?
I am having trouble accessing the latest data from collection: C2102958977-POCLOUD. The most recent data I can find (CMR API and Earthdata search) is late march. Much more recent data used to be available.
Thanks
Thanks

Cannot access ECCOv4 data from PODAAC via OPeNDAP
Hi, I am trying to access ECCOv4 model output via OPeNDAP. I have been able to in the past. But the data seems unavailable lately. I can discover the urls via CMR or Earthdata Search, but keep getting 500 errors with the message: "DMR++ parse error: No document element found " Here is a UR...

Re: PACE OCI data unavailable via opendap
Thanks! It is working now!
PS - appending ".dmr" should always redirect to ".dmr.html", so no need to update any code/snippet. Glad it is working now. :)

PACE OCI data unavailable via opendap
Hi, I am able to retrieve the opendap urls from the CMR. For example: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/opendap/PACE_OCI/L3SMI/2024/1202/PACE_OCI.20241202_20250102.L3m.R32.CHL.V3_1.chlor_a.4km.nc or a newer: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/opendap/PACE_OCI/L3SMI/2025/0602/PACE_OCI.20250602.L3m...

Re: Trouble accessing OPeNDAP to download PACE data
Hi, I am again having issues accessing PACE data via OPeNDAP. Querying the CMR returns all possible PACE OCI data (level 3), but I am again experiencing "Secure Connection Failed" when trying to access the data request form (adding ".dmr" to the opendap url). For example: https:/...
