Hi Naveed,
HICO and MODIS have different spatial, spectral, and temporal resolutions,
but it is possible for both data sets to read the images pixel by pixel.
I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "pins", however.

Our systems folks say that "xx.xxx.xx.xx was temporarily
blocked yesterday. They were automatically unblocked this
morning at 5am."
If you are using accelerators or running aggressive scripts, you
may wish to tune them so as to avoid recurrence of the blocks.
