That file does not exist in our archive.
The correct name is:
SEASTAR_SEAWIFS_GAC.19971006T234811.L2.OC.nc

The Aqua day and night GEO collections should be complete. Let us know if there are any gaps in the listings.
The Terra day GEO collection will complete later today 15-Nov-2022. The Terra night GEO processing should complete in 3-4 days.

If these are Ocean Color or IOP files, then
A2003001.L3m.DAY... are legacy files generated with the V2018 code base
AQUA_MODIS.20030101.L3m.DAY... are files generated with the updated R2022.0 code.
