Hi I was unable to figure out this issue myself and submitted a ticket for the CMR Metadata Tools team software developers to investigate.

Hi Megan, all of these keywords were added to GCMD Keywords Version 12.3. It will take about 24 hours for the keywords to be replicated to GCMD Keyword Viewer and MMT.
