Re: Mosaic Error with SeaHawk

Thanks for sharing the names of the files you plan to mosaic. You need to do "SeaDAS-OCSSW -> geolocate_hawkeye" for all 28 hawkeye L1A files and make sure they are in the same directory with your L1A files. Then you should be able to do mosaic on them. I was also able to mosaic a few L2 f...

Re: Reprojection Error in Seadas when using some MODIS Aqua L2 files

It seems that the scene wraps the dateline. GeoTIFF gets very confused when the dateline is concerned. You might want to 1) crop the image so it doesn’t contain any data that crosses the dateline before using the reproject feature or 2) use l2bin and then l3mapgen Also, SeaDAS-8.1.0 was released las...

Re: L2gen

l2gen on Sentinel-2 takes an L1C file (manifest.safe) as input. You need to make sure your manifest.safe is from the directory of S2A_MSIL1C*

MTD_MSIL2A.xml seems to be from a directory of S2A_MSIL2A*, which is an L2 file.

Re: Can SeaDas l2gen output Rrs NIR band for Landsat 8?

In l2gen GUI, click the "products" tab. On the bottom, there is a "Selected Products" window, see if you are able to add Rrs_865 among other products. If Rrs_865 doesn't get erased after you click the Apply button, you can click the "main" tab and you should get the Rrs...

Re: Blank Rrs L2 VIIRS Bands

Kelsea,

The time 16:09 and 16:00 is the time the files were last modified.

If you open V2021201083000.L1A_JPSS1.nc in SeaDAS and click Global_Attributes, you can see the day_night_flag value is Night.

Re: Blank Rrs L2 VIIRS Bands

It will be helpful that you share with us what VIIRS L1 file you used to do l2gen, assuming you have the corresponding geo file.

Could you also please share the screenshot of striped rhos product?

Question: OCSSW configuration

Re: OCSSW configuration

Your [SeaDAS_install_dir] should be /Home/seadas-7.5.3, and OCSSW_bash.env should be under /Home/seadas-7.5.3/ocssw ($OCSSWROOT, not [SeaDAS_install_dir])

BTW, SeaDAS-8.1.0 is available. You are welcome to try it: https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/downloads/

Re: What of Landsat 8 file should I put into SeaDas L2gen function?

It seems that l2gen GUI does not like the space in your "Satellite image" directory. Can you change your directory name "Satellite image" to "Satellite_image" and try again?
