There have been no new data published by NSIDC since data day  2010-03-25. When they resume processing, we will resume our processing.

The refined-calibration LUTs for 01-Dec-2019 - 01-Feb-2020 were published yesterday.

Yes, this is to be expected. The Refined data are released in one-month batches when refined calibration LUTs have been generated.This typically happens about 60-90 days after the first day of the month, but the interval can be longer when the center and the workplaces of our collaborators are close...

There was a problem at the ground station that affected data acquisition form the two satellites.  SNPP VIIRS has been recovered, JPSS1 VIIRS are being recovered now. When we receive them from our  provider they will be processed and updated on our server.

I am looking into the missing Ocean Color products. The SST are there but you are missing the NRT in the file name, e.g. AQUA_MODIS.20200306.L3m.DAY.NSST.sst.4km.NRT.nc

You should be safe with 120 days.
When we reprocess later this year, we will switch to naming convention that will have NRT in the non-refined file names.
