Hi @canacelqr123 thank you for reporting this issue. We have had several users report this issue today. We are looking into what is causing the issue and will report back when we have additional information and when the data are available again. Thank you.

Hello Aldo, Forward processing of the MOD13Q1 Version 6 data product was discontinued on February 17, 2023. Users are encouraged to use the MOD13Q1 Version 6.1 data product. More information on that product can be found here: https://doi.org/10.5067/MODIS/MOD13Q1.061
