the setting of seadas7.4 in Macos 10.13.3
You should put those 3 commands in ~/.profile instead of ~/.bash_profileRegardless, once you feel you have set up the environment correctly, type the following commands:which seadaswhich l2genDoes it show the programs? If not then try these commands:echo $PATHecho $OCSSWROOTecho $OCDATAROOTDo ...

Level2 Products about Rrs
We don't distribute NIR Rrs Level2 products. However you can create them yourself using SeaDAS. Rrs can be generated for any of the VIIRS and Aqua bands using SeaDAS l2gen (one of the OCSSW processors).I don't fully follow the second question, but it may be related to the first q...

Atmospheric correction of NIR-SWIR method
I don't think Wang(2007) considered the 500m MODIS-Aqua band 6 (1640nm) to be a usable option. Unfortunately, 15 out of the 20 detectors of band 6 are (and have been) either broken or noisy.

Sentinel image reprojection
Hi Laura,Try the SNAP software: http://step.esa.int/main/toolboxes/snap/ SeaDAS 7.x does not specifically support ESA Sentinel3 Level2 data.Once you've loaded and reprojected your file within SNAP, you may be able to export your reprojected file in the BEAM-DIMAP format and load it into Se...

Update on Seadas 7.5 Release?
simkins,
What are the features of SeaDAS 7.5 which you say you need which cannot be done in the current SeaDAS version? I do hope we sufficiently address forum posts without just saying "wait for the next release".

Bruce, You can specify a subset region via one of three parameters: region, geoRegion, or fullSwath. Instead, you are simultaneously specifying all three parameters. It is likely dying because it is probably using the region parameter, in which case you are not including width and height,...

Cropp and reproject problems with output format
As I explained in my first post, you cannot crop a level-2 file and then reproject. Sure you can do it and it may appear to work in one format and fail in other, but the result is NOT going to be correct for pixels at higher sensor view angles (no bow tie correction is applied). Level-2 ...

'Minimum must not be infinity' in mosaiccing product generated by gpt.sh
I'm rewriting this one, due to it's complexity and I got a few things wrong, so ignore the original post which I deleted (it's not there now anyway). The best suggestion is to consider using the OCSSW tools instead (l2bin followed by l3mapgen).You are trying to use a log based RGB profile...

Cropp and reproject problems with output format
My concern regarding using the crop tool on a level-2 file is that the output file is no longer a level-2 file. So then using this output file as input to the reproject tool results in no bow-effect tie corrections being applied. The (non-OCSSW) GPT/GUI tools work well on level-3 and map...

I just checked and it seems to be working fine. The issue is likely on your end. Try it again, or try another browser, or perhaps clear your Chrome browser cache/cookies.
