Re: cropland
Hi,
I am not sure how you are attempting to access the data. However, the following URL is where the data resides on the Data Pool. Please try this route and if it is still not working let us know: https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MEASURES/GFSAD30SAAFGIRCE.001/2013.01.01/
Thanks,
Brett

Re: MODIS missing data
Hi Julia,
Sorry for the delay. There was a issue with a maneuver primarily on September 3 and 4. The data providers were able to recover the data and is has since been processed. If you have not tried recently to access the data, please do. Thanks for your patience.

Re: VIIRS Vegetation version 2 in datapool / CMR
Good Morning Val, Really, it is supposed to be almost simultaneously available in all. There has been some longer delay, but that isn't by design. It will also be available in the LPCLOUD CMR Stac. However, one issue that we need to work out in the Stac is what we refer to as the second page issue, ...

Re: MOD16A2 Unit Conversion
Hi,
Yes the scaling factor is 0.1 (divide by 10). If there seems to be some erroneous numbers you may want to check with the QA bits to see if those pixels are of questionable quality.
Thanks,
Brett

Re: VIIRS Vegetation version 2 in datapool / CMR
Hi Val, Sorry for the issues accessing the VIIRS product. Unfortunately, the VIIRS Version 2 products will not be available in the Data Pool. The LPDAAC is transitioning away from on-prem data and eventually all our data will be in the cloud exclusively. The Earthdata Search tool is the primary inte...

Re: MODIS LAI valid range
Hi Jeongho,
I am thinking those specific pixels are of questionable quality. Did you have a chance to look at the QA information for those pixels? If you could send me a specific Granule ID with the H/V number and date I could take a look and see what may be going on.
Thanks,
Brett

Re: MOD09A1 on 2001-06-18 missing
Hi Niklas, Sorry for the delay. We contacted the Science Team and the product developers on the corruption issues. Technically they don't consider it corrupted as much as the inability and challenges of the sensor to acquire data in the very high latitudes. They said: "the light blue area is ei...
