This tool is not maintained by the OB.DAAC, but I do see contact information in the footer of that page (https://neo.gsfc.nasa.gov/). I would email the webmaster listed there for questions about the NASA Earth Observations tool.

Thank you for the information. When we updated our website, we also moved some information around. You can find those pages from the navbar by hovering over 'Resources' > 'Documentation' > 'Algorithm Descriptions'

Thanks so much for reporting! We made some updates to our site and one file still needed to be tweaked for the Level 3 & 4 browser. It should be working now to properly accept extraction requests.

Hello Jaques, Just have them begin a new subscription with the same parameters. Once the data start coming in and you verify results look as expected, you may use the new subscription going forward and cancel the old one.
