Yes, due to a technical issue CLDMSK_L2_VIIRS_NOAA21 is not available through the API. We are looking into it but don't have a time for the resolution yet. You can download data directly from archive or via wget command.

Yes, the gap from 2024-09-18 13:09:01 to 2024-09-18 14:46:20 is due to missing L0 data.

Also, part of the gap is due to that period being night. MYD02QKM are only produced for day and both granules.
