Could you please share the filenames of the two OCM3 Level-2 files you are trying to mosaic, so we can reproduce the error?

I was able to mosaic two MODIS-AQUA L2 files together -
AQUA_MODIS.20101010T180501.L2.OC.nc
AQUA_MODIS.20101010T181501.L2.OC.nc

Are you trying to do l1bgen on PACE OCI L1A files? What's your input file?

You can do Analysis -> Statistics to access the statistics tool or click the sigma sign on the toolbar.

It seems that the read option timed out. Please make sure that your network is working and try again

gpt in SeaDAS 9.0.1 should work. Please share with us the error message you got.

There is a know bug that you need to use the full path for files and commands.
