AppEEARS is probably not the best option for this. It is designed to process the data so it will not have a very quick turnaround time. We do suggest NASA Earth Access however: https://earthaccess.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Please note the .csv file AppEEARS outputs does incorporate the scaling factor. However, the pixel values in the output raster images are not scaled. So yes, the csv values are scaled.

Can you give me more specifics about the offset. How many meters do you figure it is, I am not seeing it in the archived tiles, but I may not be looking in the right place.
