You should be able to resume downloading data. We were going through database maintenance earlier.

https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Level-3%20Mapped/Aqua-MODIS/2022/009/

This should be the link you need. We updated our data access pages to https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/ you will find the data under the correct level. For pace oci level 1 https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Level-1B/

The files are there and will continue to be available.

https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Ancillary/Terra-MODIS/{year}/{day of year}/

There were no data collected by Aqua MODIS for the missing period

You should be able to retrieve data now.
