You used the incorrect format please use yyyy-mm-dd or yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.

We have made a correction, if you create a new order for the same period you will receive all of your intended data.

The error is occurring because there has been no data for this subscription in the last 3 days. The subscription stopped producing data in July, but we are investigating.

Subscription files should have been restored later in the day on July 20th.

We are working on restoring the data to the subscription and L1 Browser.

Earlier this week our database servers suffered a hardware related failure. While we were able to restore them relatively quickly, we discovered another issue that prevented bringing them back to full operational capacity. We are currently working on restoring data.
