Re: AppEEARS vs. Other NASA Data Platforms

Hi njlyon_0.00 No problem! There are definitely many benefits to using Earthdata Search too. Personally, I recommend using Earthdata Search if you are interested in data that are not currently available in AppEEARS, as Earthdata Search provides access to 9,300 data products. I've had a few data user...

Re: AppEEARS vs. Other NASA Data Platforms

Hi njlyon_0.00 Thanks for the question. A lot of the different tools to access NASA Earthdata provide different functionalities such as visualizing or bulk downloading the data. AppEEARS is a great tool specifically if you are looking to subset data spatially, temporally and/or by band/layer. Using ...

Re: MOD13Q1

Hi jbauza There are several MODIS datasets that are a couple of weeks behind. We believe this is related to a Level 0 data issue that occurred in early July. The MODIS Science Team is aware of the issue and is working on resolving it and processing the data as quickly as they can. Hopefully we shoul...

Re: MYD11A2 061 tile(s?) missing on CMR

Hello @valpesendorfer As new data are delivered to the LP DAAC, there may be discrepancies in what is available in the LP DAAC Data Pool vs. CMR. Those differences are constantly being reconciled and typically all data should be available within the following week in CMR.

Re: MOD13Q1

Hi @jbauza 161 is the most recent data we have in our archive. I'll check with our SDLC team and the MODIS science team to see why that data is delayed.
