I find 23 active subscriptions for VIIRS or Aqua under your account, and all but sub_id=665 have matched in the last 24 hrs, can you be more specific about which subscriptions you are having problems with?

Those times are before the start of the mission. Aqua began collecting science data on 4-July-2002 (Day 185) at 00Z. I'm not sure why those files are turning up in your query, I don't find them in our system.

There is a server problem upstream at our source of L0 data. Our MODIS NRT processing is suspended until the problem is resolved.
