The OMI instrument on Aura went into survival mode at 18:19:46Z on Sunday Mar 12th.
The instrument operations team is working on the problem.
The last time this happened, the instrument was offline for two weeks.
The alternative O3 data source is TOAST.

On the Ocean Color home page, select 'SERVICES' from the menu bar. The drop down menu has a link to 'Order Manager'
It will require that you have a valid URS account which I am assuming you do since you were able to place an order.
