Hi,
This could boil down to an authentication issue, we have seen authentication cause issues that weren't obvious. Could you take a look at the tutorial to double heck on that: https://github.com/nasa/HLS-Data-Resources/blob/main/python/tutorials/HLS_Tutorial.ipynb

Sorry for the delay. There was a issue with a maneuver primarily on September 3 and 4. The data providers were able to recover the data and is has since been processed. If you have not tried recently to access the data, please do. Thanks for your patience.
