Well, that's the problem then.  The L2 files are either corrupt or have too few pixels.  Both cases will be a problem for the binner.

Bruce,

An estimate (although far from a good one) would be no earlier than mid-October.  We are still polishing the cannon ball...uh...revising the calibration.
That is just about done, but there's a few other ducks to line up before we kick off the reprocessing.

Fedora26 should have no issues with running our code or connecting to our servers (I've not tested it, but it is the latest version and should "just work").  You mention you installed with sudo...you should not' do that.  There is no reason to use sudo for installing the ...

The main $OCSSWROOT/CMakeLists.txt file has the following:

# where we put the binaries
set (CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX ${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR})


Change that, and rerun cmake and the binaries will be installed where you tell them to be installed.
