Subscription issue
Dear Sir, It looks like all of our subscriptions stopped working yesterday 6/18/2021 a bit after 14:18 UTC. Initially when we tried to download a new file it resulted in an html error message - but then new swaths stopped being posted to the subscriptions. Could you please look into it or forward th...

Subscriptions broken
We have 8 different subscriptions that we normally get data from using the file search cgi (https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/api/file_search/). The subscriptions get data from VIIRS/NPP, VIIRS/N20, MODISA and MODIST. All 8 subscriptions stopped returning new data between 11 and 15 UTC on 5/5/2021...

Errors whenever downloading
Beginning a little bit after 18:47 UTC today, every attempted download from https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/ob/getfile/ has resulted getting the html error page that says Sorry, an error has occurred. Use the back button to return to the previous page or go to the Ocean Color Home PageCould some...

MODIST geo files?
John,
Thank you for the quick reply!
Just out of curiosity, why does MODISA get 5 minute attitude and ephemeris files while MODIST gets 2 hour ones?

MODIST geo files?
Are geo files for MODIST available for download from oceandata? If so where should I be looking?
Or does one need to make their own from the two hourly attitude and ephemeris files?
Thank you!

Processing MODIST L1A to L2 from LANCE input
By way of background, we like to be able to process data entirely from LANCE NRT input as a backup for when the OBPG DAAC is unavailable.I have successfully found the 2 hourly Terra ephemeris files on LANCE (under https:// nrt3.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/archive/allData/61/AM1EPHNE) but I can't seem to ...

VIIRS-JPSS1 OCSSW commands L1A to L2
Thank you Norman & Sean! It worked like charm!Just in case somebody is reading this thread later it turns out you need to install with install_ocssw.py --viirsn --viirsj1even if you are just processing just viirsj1. --viirsn seems to get some files that are common between both instruments and no...

VIIRS-JPSS1 OCSSW commands L1A to L2
If I have an L1A file from VIIRS-JPSS1 and it's corresponding GEO file, what commands would I use in OCSSW to process it forward to an L2 file?
(Sorry about the "newbie question", I've exclusively used MODISA data with OCSSW since the demise of SeaWIFS)
Thank you!

Recent MODISA alltitude and ephemeris files not showing up in search cgi
For some reason the attitude and ephemeris files for MODISA after day 175 12:30 UTC are not showing up in the search CGI. Specificallycurl -L --netrc-file .netrc -b .od_cookie_jar -c .od_cookie_jar -s -d "sdate=2020-06-20&search=PM1EPHND_NRT.A*&results_as_file=1" https://oceandata....
