Yes, it works. Thank you! I wouldn't know how if I'm not told about these tricks.
Cheers

Re: SeaDAS Spectrum View
Hello, This really helps. Thanks! However, I have a new question to ask. For some reasons, our data files read (for example) 'Rrs_443' instead of 'Rrs_443 (443.0 nm)' in SeaDAS (I have the latest 9.0.1). Using 'Band Grouping', I can have all Rrs_xxx grouped, but 'Spectrum View' stops at 'Collecting ...

seadas spectrum view -- never ending wait for PACE L2 file
Dear Support, Software: SeaDAS 9.0.0-9.0.1; OCSSW T2024.16 File: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/ob/getfile/PACE_OCI.20240509T021239.L2.OC_AOP.V1_0_0.NRT.nc It took very long for "Collecting spectral data" but it's OK because the dialog said so. Then, when I moved the mouse to a pixel,...

OCCSW binary compatibility in Linux
Dear Support, In the past, the OCCSW binary version can run on our cluster, so it's not hard to install. But, the recent T2024.16 requires glibc >= 2.37 on the system level which I'm unable to upgrade. I have to build the program locally, and it was not straightforward. I did retry too many times an...

T2024.15 l2gen for PACE-OCI L2
Dear Support, Regarding process of PACE-OCI data by ocssw: (1) does the release tag V2023.3 support it? (2) have T2024.15 installed, have one simulated data file downloaded from https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/getfile/PACE_OCI_SIM.20220320T175448.L1B.V11.nc, by running the command l2gen ifil...

Re: Cannot install SeaDAS 8.4.1 with the Linux installer script
Inspired by your case, I checked my environment and found it was actually $DISPLAY not set which stopped my installation process. Case solved, thank you! In spite of that error (ler: command not found), SeaDAS still installed fine for me on CentOS 7. [xxxx:/tmp 1003]$ sh seadas_8.4.1_linux64_install...

Cannot install SeaDAS 8.4.1 with the Linux installer script
Dear Support, For simulated PACE files, for instance, https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/getfile/PACE_OCI_SIM.20220320T000229.L2.OC_AOP.DITL.nc, I found SeaDAS7.5 was not able to read variables like Rrs. SeaDAS8.3 could but matched the wrong set of wavelengths. SeaDAS8.4 was able to read Rrs and co...

File Search -- Subscription -- Error page
Dear Support, Where I found the issue? https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/api/file_search/, when doing 'search by subscription' and input any of ID on use: e.g. 1065, I got an error page. shell command: curl -d "results_as_file=1&sdate=2024-02-04 00:00:00&edate=2024-02-10 01:29:01&...
