I am looking into the email issues. You can always access your data orders through the Order Manager web interface:

Request ID 2983 & 2984 are not configured for FTP distribution. They are set for email only. You can modify that setting by clicking on the subscription id on https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/list I will look into why you are not receiving mail. Have you checked that they are no...

Request ID 2962, 2963, 2964 are not configured for FTP access. They only have the mail option selected. Processing version meaning of VIIRS products

Not at this time. We have discussed having different file names for the QLP and QL and may implement this in the future.

If you set up a non-extracted subscription to the QL data, that subscription query will only return QL file names.
