gpt is not included in the current version of SeaDAS 8. It will be added in the next version.

Thank you for reporting this problem. We've replicated the problem and have an idea about its cause. Please uninstall SeaDAS toolbox when using gpt for now. We will resolve this issue with the next SeaDAS Toolbox release.
