There was a quality issue with three of the L1A granules that was preventing them from processing. That has been resolved and the L3 should be available shortly.

That file was created on Jan 28. Where is it that you are not seeing the file?

Run the file command on the short files.
They are likely HTML files. If so, open one in a browser and there will likely be a message about an authentication error when using the script.

Our source for MODIS L0 and atteph data experienced a hardware failure. We have configured our processing to use their backup server and the data are flowing again.
