All, we made a couple changes on our side to try to resolve this issue. Please clear all caches, start fresh from our Level 1 & 2 Data Browser and update us on your ability to order your data.

You need to keep track of which subscriptions or orders are under which email accounts. The only data under your user: chrishawes is an extraction order #3891, which expired 4/20. I believe this is the result of your information (data selections) going stale on the page. Even though you can see the parameters you selected in your URL, the information only remains for your session, so using that URL again won't work if you save it. I don't understand your issue. Can you describe your process with using Level 1 & 2 browser so I can understand why and when you are getting these 404 errors?
