Well, cgi/getfile worked well for OLCI in the past days. Now, its doesn't work anymore, I replaced cgi by ob as you suggested and it works, thank you. For VIIRS, cgi/getfile is still functioning well

We can't process the MODIS L1A granules of our subscription because of missing ephemeris/attitude files on the Direct Data Access page (e.g., half a day missing for yesterday, happened many times in the past days). Do you think being able to fix this problem soon ?
