Re: Change default configuration for l2gen not working
In the $OCSSWROOT/bin directory in your wsl, do
Code: Select all
l2gen par=/mnt/c/Users/aline/OneDrive/Aline/2021_Sargassum/20210901/MODIS/requested_files/l2gen-tmpParFile-test.par

Re: MODIS processing fail
Thanks for reporting the issue with seadas_info. It probably does not like the line REDHAT_BUGZILLA_PRODUCT_VERSION=7.9
in /etc/os-release, which does not include " to strip. We'll fix it for the next release.

Re: Viirs Processing issue

We have seen an incomplete L1A file will produce the errors mentioned in your post. On a different issue on seadas_i...

Re: Change default configuration for l2gen not working
I am trying to separate the issues. Does the seadas you installed on linux have the same problem you described at the beginning of the post? Or the problem only exists with the seadas you installed on WSL1?

Re: Viirs Processing issue
Are there anything else below
"General System and Software:
NOTE: the extraneous output lines displayed were detected in your login configuration output"
in the output of SeaDAS/System Info?
Do you have two copies of OCSSW?
/home/1097/seadas/ocssw
/home/seadas/ocssw

Re: Change default configuration for l2gen not working
Does /home/alinedmv/ocssw exist? When your OCSSWROOT is not defined in WINDOWS, it causes "SeaDAS/System Info" to print out some inaccurate info. It probably should not affect your OCSSW processing, for you're able to run l2gen with default configuration. For the unsuccessful l2gen run (wh...
