I did modis_GEO on A2024300194500.L1A_LAC, and modis_L1B was successful too. I am using SeaDAS 9.1.0, OCSSW is V2024.8.
Can you do SeaDAS-Toolbox -> Software & System Info, and post the result here?

The latest version of SeaDAS is 9.1.0, and we no longer support SeaDAS 7. If you are a college student looking to use SeaDAS 9 to analyze and process remote sensing data, a Mac laptop is recommended.

Please let us know what version of SeaDAS are you using.

If you can use SANP GPT, you should be able to use SeaDAS GPT, for SeaDAS is built on SNAP
