Hi,
Could you send us your search parameters. I would like to try and see if I get the same error. We have the Data Pool where you can go to directly download the data: https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MOLA/MYD11A1.006/
Thanks,
Brett

Re: GEDI data availability Borneo
Hi Catherine, Sorry for the delay, I was asking for input on the reasons why from various analysts. They concur that the data will be more thorough at the north and south (51.6 N/S) extremes so yes there will be less good data at the equator, but they also suspects the cloudy weather that is often o...

Re: GEDI data availability Borneo
Hi, What specific GEDI product(s) are you looking for, also which version. The version 2 data can be searched geographically in the Earthdata Search tool. Around every 1 - 3 months the NASA PI group from JPL gives the go ahead t release several Mission Weeks, they are not really on a specific schedu...

Re: Release of ECOSTRESS JPL ET and ESI dis-ALEXI Data Products
Hi, Sorry they are not available on AppEEARS yet, they will be at some point, but now so much of AppEEARS development efforts is in getting it cloud compatible as the plan is to have all our data there in the future. The data is not processed on demand, it is processed at JPL and we archive it as we...

Re: What is the easiest way to get full-resolution geolocation into a MYD11_L2 LST file?
Hi, Yes, the swath data only has geolocation information every 5 scans. The suggested way to project is to use the corresponding MOD03 Gelocation swath, which can be downloaded through the NASA LAADS site: https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/missions-and-measurements/products/MYD03/ The NASA HEG ...

Hi,
If you have not tried accessing the MOD21A1D V006 since the 31st of March, please try again. On that particular day we were down for an extended maintenance period which may have caused that type of glitch.
Thanks,
Brett

Re: VNP09GA VIIRS products
Hi, We have asked the developer of the vegetation indices for particulars on why the higher angles are acceptable in VIIRS. VIIRS swaths are over 700 kilometers wider then MODIS so the daily equatorial gaps that exist in MODIS do not exist in VIIRS, so wider angles are acceptable in VIIRS, but we ar...
