We produce a rolling 32-day mean of Rrs created from 8-day files, but we do not have an operational rolling 8-day product.

They are archived in the directory of the starting data day of the multiday bin. So, you would need to look in 001, 032, 060, 091 for the monthly files etc. during non-leap years, and 001, 032, 061, 092 etc. in leap years.

Both version of L3 map files are available through the OPeNDAP server. The old files are in the 3-digit day of year directories and the new files are in the 4-digit mmdd directories.

You can still generate the night GEO files you need in SeaDAS as was done before we started putting them in the public archive.

We have only reprocessed the GEO files for the daynight flag=1,3 so far. The GEO for night granules will be processed soon.

The L2 file names are not intended to be an exact representation of the start_time of the data. That is why there are metadata in the file.
