Re: subscription but without map and cannot subscribe to OCLI S3-B data
I've attached screenshots of the main subscription page. If you select VIIRS and an OLCI sensor, you should see two tabs in the lower area, one for each of the sensors. Normally the L2 maps are already checked. I do see that SST is not listed as an available map for VIIRS although it should be. We d...

Re: subscription but without map and cannot subscribe to OCLI S3-B data
Hi. I see these subscriptions for your user. They are not extracted subscriptions so there is no option for mapping or sending to email. Instead the files are staged for you to download via HTTP. The screenshot you provided is for creating a new extracted subscription. For those, you can choose to h...

Re: OBDAAC Subscriptions issue
Andrew, If you were able to log into our web site and confirm the subscriptions, the email for the subscriptions matches the one registered with your Earthdata account (@digitalglobe.com). The expiration emails start 15 days prior to the expiration date and are resent every 7 days, so users get 3 em...

Re: OBDAAC Subscriptions issue
Andrew, It seems you are not confirming your subscriptions. The set you provided IDs for expired on Feb 1. These can be confirmed via the Subscriptions Dashboard. sub_id expire_date ----------- ----------------------- 2178 2023-02-01 00:00:00.000 2179 2023-02-01 00:00:00.000 2180 2023-02-01 00:00:00...

Matt,
Yes, the format and params should be the same. The products should be the R2022 version.

Re: No SNPP VIIRS L2 files in our subscriptions for past 2+ weeks?
Hi Matt. I believe the problem is fixed. Try polling for data staged for those subscriptions today. You should find data back to Nov 1. If that looks okay, we can run the data back to when the flow stopped. The issue was caused by the renaming of the VIIRS L1A files just prior to the reprocessing. S...

Re: ERROR @ OB.DAAC
Amy,
Okay. If you do get into a bind trying to download data for a segment before it expires, you can use the Order Dashboard to extend the expiration date of an order or a segment.

Re: ERROR @ OB.DAAC
Hi Amy. So where are you with the rest of the downloads? Are you able to keep up with the batches within the three-day period? If you miss any of the TAR files, we can reset the order to restage them.

Re: ERROR @ OB.DAAC
Hi Amy. This order has been staged in multiple segments over the last several weeks, with about 5500 files in each segment. The TAR file that you are trying to download, requested_files_42.tar, would have been staged as part of the first segment and has since been removed to make room for other file...
