Re: how can i export mask pixel in seadas 8.2?

Could you clarify further specifically what you are trying to do and the steps which you are doing that fail? I don't see anything wrong with the screenshot image in your post. Here's some possibilities: * If you wish to export data in text format use Pixel Extraction Tool (Raster > Export > Export ...

Re: Density slice

SeaDAS does not have a Density Slice tool. You can adjust the Min/Max values within the Color Manipulation Tool, which would have the effect of creating a single "color slice". If you wish to have multiple views ("slices") of a single band using differing Min/Max color settings, ...

Re: SeaDAS Spectrum View

Hi Amita, SeaDAS bands cannot be grouped into folders by selectively highlighting them. However they can be grouped by specifying a colon delimited string mentioned earlier in this thread. SeaDAS additionally supports the use of the wildcard character "*" for grouping bands. To create the ...

Can you post a screenshot of the File Manager GUI, it's bands in the folder, so we can know what you are trying to group? Also explain what your desired grouping is.

Re: traitement sur seadas

For image aggregation you can either use the SeaDAS-OCSSW processors (l2bin, l3mapgen), or you can use the general tool: Mosaic Tool (SeaDAS > Menu > Raster > Geometric Operations > Mosaicking) There isn't a lot of OCSSW tutorials at the moment but this may help: https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/help-8....

Re: SeaDAS Spectrum View

I don't believe the problem you are experiencing is associated with any difference between SeaDAS 8.2.0 and the prior SeaDAS 7 versions. The problem with your last plot is likely that you don't have your bands grouped together into folders in the File Manager. See the two attached images. The bands ...

Re: SeaDAS Spectrum View

I think what you are asking about is the location of the Spectrum View tool. For SeaDAS this tool is located in the Analysis toolbar, or can be found in Menu > Optical > Spectrum View. Another way to find a tool is to type the tool name in the search field at the top right of SeaDAS 8 For any file w...

Re: Seadas GEO.hdf

For the answer to your first question: Your csv file used to import the lat/lon values into the Pixel Extraction Tool needs to be a very precisely formatted text file. For example your csv file could be as follows (where "\t" denotes a tab character, and there are no other hidden character...
