Yes you were banned for to many failures.  We had some server changes yesterday that was causing the issues (VIIRS is now VIIRS-SNPP).

xx.xxx.xx.xx/22 was blocked yesterday for triggering too many errors on
the web server. The ips were automatically released from the block
list at 5am this morning.
