I have been informed that the plan to switch MetOp-A into TOAST to replace SBUV was unsuccessful. They are terminating production of TOAST If you have version of SeaDAS that looks for TOAST ancillary data, it is time to upgrade.

NSIDC allowed their certificates to lapse. Once they get their server functioning, we will resume data production.
