To download the Soil Porosity dataset from GLDAS Soil Land Surface | LDAS (nasa.gov), you will need to right click the link and Save link As. This will download the file. https://ldas.gsfc.nasa.gov/gldas/soils

In regards to the error you received, the system may issue service temporarily
unavailable for more than one concurrent connection in certain circumstances.
Please review/reduce the number of concurrent connections you are submitting,
and try again.

There were a brief outage to the system on June 19th that cause you to receive the error. It has since been resolved. Regards

Could you please provide the type of issues you are experiencing?

Another option to try would be to use the most recent "native"-windows wget compiled with the latest SSL (https://disc.gsfc.nasa.gov/data-access#windows_wget)
