Re: SeaWiFS L2 processing errors
I assume you are using OCSSW V2021.2. If you want to do l2gen with ancillary files, you can click "Get Ancillary" on the main tab on l2gen GUI. I successfully did l2gen on S2003243191524.L1A_MLAC with the following ancillary files icefile=/Users/*/ocssw-V2021.2/var/anc/2003/243/N2003243_SS...

Re: SeaDAS versioning affecting Landsat chl processing
We are sorry to say that no tags of OCSSW currently works with l2gen on Landsat 9 L1 B files. R2022.5 and T2022.14 might have the new code to process Landsat 9, but it cannot read the oli tables. I assume R2022.3 works for both collection 1 and 2 of Landsat 8. However, we are using the same atmosphe...

Re: ancillary data, old or new
I tried EN1_MDSI_MER_RR__1P_20020727T093846_20020727T102241_002123_0065_20180523T151615_0100. It did not return MERRA MET files. Unfortunately, V2022.0 did not recognize EN1_MDSI_MER_RR__1P* as a MERIS file.
It's fixed and will be in the next V tag. R2022.4 and up has the fix. The latest is R2022.7

What tag of OCSSW are you using? This is what V2022.0 returns -- $ getanc /Users/*/Scenes/MERIS/forum/EN1_MDSI_MER_FRS_1P_20110303T145459_20110303T150439_047094_0097_20171225T172751_0100.SEN3/xfdumanifest.xml Running debug binaries... /Users/*/ocssw/bin ancillary_data.db MERIS icefile=/Users/*/ocssw...

Re: Terra MODIS L1 failures
We have no control over this ancillary latency issue, it's upstream from us. However, the issue seems to improve. It's 20:16:00 UTC right now, and I am able to do modis_atteph and modis_GEO on T2022187135000.L1A_LAC $ modis_atteph T2022187135000.L1A_LAC Running debug binaries... /Users/*/ocssw/bin T...

Re: SeaDAS version and R2022
Yes, R2022.7 is more up-to-date than V2022.0. Once the reprocessing is complete, we will make a new V tag.

Re: modis_atteph.py usage
Right, the stop time can't be more than 2 hours later than the start time. For SeaDAS 7.5, modis_atteph used to return 0 - all is well in the world 1 - predicted attitude selected 2 - predicted ephemeris selected 4 - no attitude found 8 - no ephemeris found We recently changed the api which modis_at...

Re: ocssw/processing error getting ancillary data and Atmospheric correction
sunyue2017, There is no T202202 tag for OCSSW. Did you mean V2022.0? Can you run seadas_info and post the result here? Is the following block of code your own code or from our ocssw script? If it's from ocssw, which script? We need to debug and find out what caused the following print out -- "A...

Re: SeaDAS versioning affecting Landsat chl processing
Regarding T2022.14, aerosol_olil8_default.hdf has nwave=8, which is probably causing the error "Number of aerosol LUT wavelengths (8) is not equal to number of sensor wavelengths (7)." You probably have to wait for the fix, unless T2022.15 works. Regarding R2022.5, it seems the aerosol and...
