I can do multilevel processing but it will allow single file execution. Is there any other way I can do batch processing? cause I have almost 500 images. Thank you for your response

I am using SeasDAS version 8.2.0 and ocssw tag V2022.3
While processing L1B to L2 MODIS data I am having trouble generating it L1B_LAC. Although the processing works but only generating L1B.hdf file.

I am having trouble loading the files in the Seadas software. The layer editor is not showing anything but while doing basic operations, it is visible that the file is there (such as reprojection). A screenshot is added for clarity.

I am probably gonna do them manually in seadas. In that case, which format will be useful to save the reprojected data?
There are multiple options such as netcdf-cf, netcdf BEAM etc. which one will be easily readable by python?

I have to download 20 years of Modis L1A data. Is there any way I can bulk download them through python (Pymodis or anything else) using coordinates/shapefile and timeline?

Thats a very minute detail I was missing. THank you sir. It is working fine now.

I don't understand that when I am selecting the L1A file it is not allowing me to run. Do I have to convert it to some other format?
I am keeping both the files in the same directory.
