Hi again,
The THREDDS catalog is currently organized by day of year ala "https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/opendap/MODISA/L3SMI/2011/001/catalog.xml". Is it safe to assume that the resource paths will stay the same even if the filename convention changes?
Thanks!
Ben

Cheers,
Ben

File naming convention change
Ahoy,Would you clarify for us the timestamp convention described in following?https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/filenaming-convention/ The docs say "YYYYMDD[THHMMSS]: ISO8601 time format" (which I think maybe is missing an "M"). On the other hand, the (nice!) exam...

opendap MODISA missing data
Ahoy!Ah. I didn't know about the relaxation (it just proves that ignorance is bliss!) We are using OBPG data for making 'now' casts - like this https://eco.bigelow.org/jellycast/ We do a daily download for a number of MOSDISA products. Is OPeNDAP the right choice? Of co...

opendap MODISA missing data
Ahoy,
I have encountered a gap in the opendap service for
https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov:443/opendap/MODISA/L3SMI/2018/201/A2018201.L3m_DAY_SST_sst_4km.nc
The same data is available from the L3SMI browser and from direct data access.
Cheers,
Ben

Direct download vs OPENDAP mismatch
Hello,Just a little FYI. I noticed that A2017147.L3m_DAY_SST_sst_4km is not being served via OPENDAP but is being served via direct download.Direct download exists for DAY_SST_sst_4km: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/MODIS-Aqua/L3SMI/2017/147/OPENDAP does not exist for DAY_SST_sst_4km:https://oc...
