Users can view CDDIS daily status files, found in the daily GLONASS data directories, which detail data availability for a particular day at:
https://cddis.nasa.gov/archive/glonass/data/daily/ YYYY/DDD where YYYY is the 4-digit year and DDD is the 3-digit day of the year.
