On the second image, click the "Always allow" checkbox, then click open.

In the last image, click the 'Open Earthdata Download'. Earthdata Download is a download manager for your files.

Okay, maybe you can find the same data directly from SEDAC using their native tools: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/centers/sedac-daac/data-access-tools

Hello, although you have logged into Earthdata Search, you must also login from the Earthdata Download tool. Please click the gray button to login from the Earthdata Download application. Your downloads should resume after that.
