That should be fine for the long name. Can we keep just 'SeaHawk' for the shortname or do you think that might conflict with another mission/platform or would it just feel too ambiguous?

Rationale - the Seahawk/Hawkeye mission has entered operations phase and data are now available for users to download.

Please email your IP address to connection_problems@oceancolor.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov. They will check to see if you have been added to the block list.

I have not been able to replicate your issue. When I do exactly what you have displayed, I still get to the next page(s) where I can order the data. Are there other details you can share? Have you tried to order using a different web browser? Did you make sure you are logged into your Earthdata acco...
