It's not SeaDAS, but you could use the standard linux program, bc, like this.cat <<EOF >sample_chl_anomalies.txt0.020.0142.40.260.0890.37EOFfor c in `cat sample_chl_anomalies.txt`; do  echo "l($c)" | bc -l >> log_sample_chl_anomalies.txtdoneOr you could use my favorite, reverse-po...

L2gen L1 Landsat 8 Processing for Inland Lake

One more short post script:

When working with Landsat 8 data, I have found that I can often make
a decent radiometric land mask for the scene in question by fiddling
with the contrast of the rhos_865 product from l2gen.

L2gen L1 Landsat 8 Processing for Inland Lake

Hi Amanda,The l2gen program does not change the projection of the Landsat 8 scenes duringprocessing.  The output pixels have the same universal transverse Mercatorcoordinates as the corresponding input pixels.  In addition, l2gen stores thelatitudes and longitudes of each pixel in separate...

Eastern equatorial Pacific phytoplankton bloom image

Hi Daniele,

Those gaps in coverage are places where no valid pixels were
recorded over the entire compositing period.  The primary cause
of this is persistent cloud cover, but other factors such as sun glint
or heavy aerosol can also sometimes play a role.

Hi Daniele,I make many of the images in the gallery that you refer to, but there are twofactors that you should be aware of regarding those images.  I, for the most part, choose scenes that are not overly cloudy and that  have relatively high levels ofphytoplankton biomass or other suspende...
