Re: Level 1&2 browser access
Thank you for pointing me to the right direction. I did find my earthdata account had not been authorized with "OB.DAAC L1/2 Browser", and then I added this authorization following the instruction in the post. But I'm still not able to get through the 'order data' process in the L1/2 Brows...

Re: Level 1&2 browser access
Oh, sorry for this confusion. I should have mentioned this post is a follow-up for my first post in this thread. Actually, since OB finished the data maintenance, I have been experiencing issues in the L1&2 browser. The first webpage is to let us select ROI, time range, instrument etc. Then we c...

Re: Level 1&2 browser access
Hello, after waiting for one week, I tested the order_data function again, and the response is still the "404 Not Found".
I was testing this on Google chrome internet browser. All history, cache, etc had been cleaned before this test.

Level 1&2 browser access
Has this maintenance finished?
I have been trying to use the "Level 1&2 browser" since this Thursday. But until now, the website always responds me with a '404 not found' webpage after I click the 'order data'.

Incorrect timestamp of one terra L1A granule
Hi,
I found one Terra L1A granule stored in OB.DAAC might show an incorrect timestamp. The OB's name of this granule is TERRA_MODIS.20010816T173146.GEO.hdf. Maybe the timestamp ought to be 20010816.1730 (YYYYMMDD.HHMM) ?
Cheers

Re: Difference at 4 decimals of geolocation files
Hi LAADS folks, Thank you for replying my post. Sorry for the confusion. I mean other MODIS products in OB like L1A whose locations rely on these geolocation files. For example, if I use geofiles from OB to select region of my interest in L1A from OB, can I get the same ranges of scan numbers and fr...

Difference at 4 decimals of geolocation files
Hi , I found the geolocation files from OB and from LAADs that have the same timestamp, usually have slight difference since their 4 decimals. It seems this difference is within the allowed accuracy of 0.1 pixel, after I read the ATBD of geo-location. But I'm not sure I understand it correctly, and ...

Some missing Aqua MODIS GEOfiles between 2009110-2009122
Hi folks at OB.DAAC,
I find between the day 2009110 to 2009122, every day there are several aqua MODIS geofiles missing, most of which ought to be night time granules. Could you check it if possible?
Cheers,
Hanzhi
