Yes, the L2 products made for extracted subscriptions have a different set of products to be able to support all of the different mapped products we offer. To get the standard L2 product, you would currently need to create non-extracted subscriptions, one for the OC and one for the SST, download tho...

Well, that might indicate that the problem we identified was the cause.

Yes, the order is currently processing, roughly 9700 of 13000 files. Once the files are staged, you will get an email that contains info and links to download instructions.

Did you do anything different on your side this time?

We have seen odd cases like this caused by old, stale cookies or cached files. Can you clear your cache and relevant cookies (anything from nasa.gov) and restart your browser or even try a different browser?

I will also check with the web devels to see if they can find any error messages in the log.

Yes, I would say try submitting it again. The web application sends the email after a successful submission, and it should arrive within a minute after the last place-order button is clicked. The web app should present a confirmation page with info and instructions.

Normally if you place an order for data and select that you do want your data extracted, as opposed to getting the full-sized granules, you receive an email with the subject, "Your order [N]" where N is your order ID. If you did not receive that message, check your spam/junk folder. Perhap...
