The order page problems are now resolved.
The issue was one of either too much smoke and not enough mirrors or too little smoke and too many mirrors...or some similar combination :wink:

Add output_depth=24bit to get 24bit RGB output.  The default is an HDF file with the data stored as an 8bit raster image.
