Re: MERIS name convention and processing

Chuanmin, For the new FRS files, it also seems that ESA merged scenes from the same orbit into single files, so there isn't the 1-to-1 relationship between the old and new files. Regarding the search issue you had with Aqua/Terra that resulted in duplicate names, can you post the search parameters y...

Re: Subscriptions broken

Andrew,

Just wanted to close the loop on this issue in this post. The problem was caused by a delay in the database synchronization and was resolved on May 6.

Re: Authentication fails after 4-6 weeks.

Hi. Last week we received an email from the LANCE group about a mishap that invalidated tokens created before Monday, May 3. You might just need to create a new token and use it. I can't speak to the expiration issue.

Regards,

Re: MERIS name convention and processing

Dear Chuanmin Hu, The EN1 files are the new Release 4 of the MERIS L1B data that we have just ingested. I'm not sure if support for these has made it into SeaDAS yet, but you would need to unzip the file and give the xfdumanifest.xml file as the input file. Our group will be releasing more informati...

Re: MODIS data

Hi Amita, The order you referenced was actually flagged as a duplicate of another order, and that other order has been removed. The order can now be staged, and our system is currently working on doing that. You should receive an email shortly indicating that the data are ready to download. Regards,...

Re: Subscription Creation Format Change?

Brock, For the 2756/2757 pair, nighttime data was enabled for 2756, and 2757 was set to terminate today. For the 2758/2759 pair, nighttime data was enabled for 2758, and 2759 was set to terminate today. You should begin seeing nighttime data in the 2756 and 2758 subscriptions after a while. Let me k...

Re: Subscription Creation Format Change?

As these are non-extracted subscriptions, there shouldn't be a reason why they need to be separated into two subscriptions. If you'd like, i can try to consolidate them into single subscriptions, and we can see how that works.

Re: Oceandata missing SEAICE_NSIDC_24h.hdf ancillaries for DoY 051 and 052?

These files are currently missing from the source server. We'll submit an inquiry to the data center to see if they can recover and post them. UPDATE: Seems the gap is not recoverable. From NSIDC User Services: " Thank you for contacting NSIDC. Yes, data from 20 and 21 February are missing due ...

Re: Ocean Color data Missing

Hi. There was a problem with a server upstream of our group that prevented data delivery. The problem was resolved Monday morning, and it took a few hours for our system to catch up. Have you noticed that the problem has been resolved?
