In the screenshot, it seems that you have #l2prod=l2prod=latitude longitude sena senz sola rhot_vvv rhot_748 rhot_859 rhot_869 rhot_1240 rhot_1640 rhot_2130 polcor_vvv polcor_748 polcor_859 polcor_869 polcor_1240 polcor_1640 polcor_2130 # at the beginning of the line will cause the whole "l2pro...

Re: Change default configuration for l2gen not working
I am not sure it's a good idea to modify msl12_defaults_OC.par. To generate MODIS L1C, replace l2prod=latitude longitude polcor_nnn rhot_nnn sena senz sola solz with l2prod=latitude longitude sena senz sola rhot_vvv rhot_748 rhot_859 rhot_869 rhot_1240 rhot_1640 rhot_2130 polcor_vvv polcor_748 polco...

Re: OCSSW: Remote server is down
Since you have Windows, you need to do SeaDAS-OCSSW Client Server Configuration before you Install/Update OC processors thru SeaDAS GUI.

Re: The MODIS subset problem of l2gen
It's a bug in OCSSW V2021.2. You can use OCSSW V2021.1 or T2021.11. See viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2407&p=8583&hilit=l ... dd8b#p8583

Re: Viirs Processing issue
If you have SeaDAS 8 installed, it might be helpful to do SeaDAS-OCSSW -> SeaDAS/System Info in GUI and post the output here. Did you install OCSSW through GUI or command line? If you have older versions of OCSSW installed with SeaDAS 7, please make sure the new OCSSW does not mixed with the older v...

Re: SeaDAS Chlor-A and Phytoplankton Units
Did you use File -> Export -> CSV to export an L2 file in SeaDAS-8.1.0? Can you share the name of your L2 file?
If you open your L2 file in SeaDAS, Metadata -> Band_Attributes -> chlor_a will show you the units of chlor_a

Re: Mosaic Error with SeaHawk
Thanks for sharing the names of the files you plan to mosaic. You need to do "SeaDAS-OCSSW -> geolocate_hawkeye" for all 28 hawkeye L1A files and make sure they are in the same directory with your L1A files. Then you should be able to do mosaic on them. I was also able to mosaic a few L2 f...
